Meet The Team
Brad Daniel
Brad is a UK and Swiss citizen with over 30 years experience as a finance professional and business consultant.
His expertise focuses on commercial audits and supporting the establishment and growth of new businesses.
Brad is also a partner at Lancaster Consulting LLP, which provides specialised joint venture audit services to the energy sector.
He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Bristol and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Grant Thornton in 1995.
In 2020, he obtained a public practice certificate, enabling him to undertake engagements such as corporate restructuring.
Brad relocated to Zug in 2008 as a group controller for Petroplus. Prior to this, he served as financial controller for BP Oil UK.
Chiara Tonellotto
Chiara is an Italian citizen with over 25 years experience across a broad range of finance and business roles.
She holds a degree in Economics and has worked with ENI, E.ON and Mitsui in both Italy and the UK. Throughout her career, she has undertaken finance and commercial assignments worldwide. In addition to Italian, she is fluent in English, Spanish and French.
Chiara divides her time between Italy and Africa and has been a partner at Lancaster consulting LLP since 2013, where she specialises in joint venture audit services for the energy sector.
Céu Pardelinha
Céu has over 25 years experience in the oil and energy sector, having held senior roles across Finance and Accounting, Mergers and Acquisitions, Audit, Legal and Compliance, Project Management, Contract Management and IT.
She holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Minho, Portugal and has worked with leading international companies including Schlumberger, Shell, BP, Petroplus, and Varo Energy across the UK, Portugal and Switzerland.
Based in Zurich, Switzerland, Céu speaks Portuguese, English, Spanish and French and undertakes consulting assignments worldwide. She joined Daniel Partners in June 2025, providing advisory services across our areas of expertise.
Mike Tunstall
Mike has over 30 years corporate experience, culminating in his role as Information Director, Mergers and Acquisitions at BP. He is a specialist in transition management and IT strategy, with extensive experience supporting complex change programmes.
Mike has been with Daniel Partners since 2012 and brings senior-level expertise, sound judgement and calm, practical advice to high-pressure transformation projects.
In addition to his advisory work, Mike acts as a resilience coach and assessor and is an experienced M&A technology consultant. He is also actively involved in charitable work as a volunteer, NED, board chairman, Trustee. He has worked as an independent chairman of charity mergers and board change. Mike is based in the UK.
Alexandra Daniel
Alexandra is currently a student and an intern at Daniel Partners GmbH, where she is gaining hands-on insight into business consultancy through shadowing and learning from ongoing projects. She also developed the company website, applying her skills in digital design.
Alexandra is multilingual, fluent in English, German, Spanish and Bulgarian.
